Is it the numbers or the percentage that’s important when you are counting youth unemployment? Well, both, stupid. In the end it is about people; individuals.

But that’s just numbers. What is important is that Northern Ireland is experiencing spiralling youth unemployment. And that’s not numbers – that’s people.
